Music Class

I wish that I had taken a picture, but I didn't.  I was so impressed with Koekje in music class today.  It was the first day of the fall session and we had not been in class since the end of July.  Koekje was crawling all over the place greeting every baby and mom.  He also sat in the middle of the circle by himself.  I hope that he is as enthusiastic about school someday.  When the teacher started playing her guitar, Koekje crawled to her and tried to climb up onto the guitar.  She let him climb and pick some strings at the end of the class.  I had to pull him away so that we could end the class and let the teacher continue with her day.  During free play with the instruments, Koekje crawled immediately to the center of the circle to where the instruments had just been dumped out.  He grabbed several that he shook and played with for the entire song.  It really cracked me up because all of the other babies stayed with their moms and K was all over the place.  I was constantly running after him.  :)
