I am surprised to see that it has been since early August that we last posted to our blog. There weren't too many home improvement projects since this time. So, I guess you can say that we didn't have anything to blog about. We did paint the stairwell finally. This means that we are able to hang things on the wall! It is truly amazing how much hanging a picture on the wall instantly turns the room cozy.
This past weekend we visited Design Expo to check out their merchandise in the bathroom department. We were investigating costs to see how much it would be to renovate ours. Sunday we decided to do some gardening. We removed the hosta that was at the foot of our stairs. It only looked good when it first started growing in during the spring. So, we planted tulip bulbs and pansies on top. We also bought ranunculus bulbs but haven't planted them yet. We are thinking they will go in the "back yard", but we still have time to decide!
