Another Good Investment

As many of you know, our house is very small. Storage space is limited. We have one small reach in closet for both of us to share and a pantry. We have a pantry, but no dining room. Ahhh sacrifices. So, our investment was to replace our current pantry setup with a professionally done shelving system. Many thanks to Chesapeake Closets for coming in and designing a pantry that truly maximizes it's space! I am including a before picture so you can experience the amazing transformation. Also, please notice the lovely paint job that was done. Paint color: Almond Paste (tasty!)

After (with space to spare!):

AND Luke got a haircut today! Luke has enjoyed his corner in the pantry, so we made sure that the design of the new one still included a spot for his bed.

This has been one of my favorite things about European living -- spaces are so reduced and limited that creativity really really pays off!!! :) You may want to take some strolls through IKEA to get ideas!
